HEARTHWOOD THERAPY
What types of therapy do you offer?
I offer holistic counselling that integrates traditional talking therapies with creative and somatic approaches where appropriate. My practice is trauma-informed and humanistic, drawing on a wide range of tools and approaches to best support you on your unique healing journey
Who can benefit from therapy with Chloe?
My practice can support clients with a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, bereavement, neurodiversity, spiritual and identity exploration and life transitions. Whether you're looking for emotional wellbeing, self discovery, or healing from traumatic events, I will tailor my support to your individual needs
What can I expect during my first therapy session?
During your first session we will explore your reasons for seeking therapy, discuss your goals, and establish a safe and trusting space. In this session, we will focus on what feels most important to you while also providing a space to explore how therapy might support your growth and healing.
I don't know how to put my experience into words?
Therapy can feel daunting, but along the way we will explore using whichever tools or techniques might be most helpful, whether using traditional talking therapy, imagery or something more somatic or creative. Together we can develop a greater understanding of your unique self, and how you might best be supported you through this part of your journey.
When is payment required?
I require payment a minimum of 24 hours before each session, in order to allow us to make the most out of our time together
Where are your sessions located?
I offer face to face therapy in my garden studio in Freshwater, Isle of Wight, as well as online sessions via Google Meet,
